    I have a question though… I was wondering if a zigzag stitch can be used to like, hem rugged or freshly cut edges? I have’nt even purchased a machine yet, but I recently heard about the “Serger” and saw how it gave fabric a “fresh” look. I was curious to know if a zig-zag stitch can do the same (or some other stitch thats on a sewing machine) … I did’nt want to buy to machines… : /
