Hi just wanna ask … Hi just wanna ask question from you though the machine I use is not same as you are using. In my case, I just borrowed this machine from my mother-in-law last night, my problem is that the machine doesn’t hold the thread everytime I pull up the thread on the bobbin well. Aside from that when I ever pull the thread inside up and start sewing it didn’t work.
The stitches is not … The stitches is not working and the thread inside the niddle will just cut off. do you have any idea what’s the best thing to do to start sewing? thnx. I enjoy your video alot.
We have a machine … We have a machine amd no clue on how to use it. This video made me feel less intimidated by the sewing machine. She explains everything with such ease now I want to find more of her youtube sewing classes.
Yeah, i thought … Yeah, i thought people stopped making the drop bobbin. I loved my old Singer Redeye just because of the drop bobbin. I hate messing with the case bobbins. (still got the Redeye and it still runs but I think I need to oil it sometime since it sat idle for a while)
neat. i have a 10 … neat. i have a 10 yr old machine. and i never knew about the needle threaders, or the auto bobbin stuff or the needle down (still can’t figure out how that works!)
I enjoyed the video … I enjoyed the video, but I just have to chuckle a bit. The drop in bobbin technology goes back at least to 1900 when Singer introduced the 66, and the bobbin case mechanism on the basic machine is almost identical to the 15 which began around 1880. Funny how things don’t change.

Useful advice, this lady seems to really know her stuff. The best reason to buy from a store if you’re a beginner, not Wal-Mart!
